1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and booking a service with Revet Clean, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or use our services.
2. Service Booking and Delivery
When booking a service with Revet Clean, you agree to provide accurate access information and ensure a safe environment for our team. Quotes are based on the scope described during booking and may be adjusted if on-site conditions differ significantly from what was communicated. We strive to arrive at the scheduled time, but unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require slight adjustments to the schedule.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee, as it impacts our ability to schedule other clients.
4. Quality of Service and Liability
Services are delivered with professional diligence and care. If an issue arises or you are dissatisfied with a specific aspect of the service provided, please notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve it promptly. Revet Clean holds comprehensive liability insurance. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to surfaces, delicate landscaping not disclosed prior to service, or issues resulting from structural defects.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise specified in your written agreement or quote. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and bank transfers. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest as permitted by law.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
